Kate Ball
Kate has been teaching yoga for 18 years and her passion for it only grows. She believes that the fundamentals of sequencing and body knowledge form the bedrock of teaching, but also feels that yoga is for inner transformation as well as fun. In her classes you'll hear big beats, you'll work hard and always get something for spiritual contemplation at the end. Kate has owned and run YogaSpirit for 15 years.
Eon Swiegers
Eon's deep knowledge of the yoga practice is rare in today's world. He is a gifted teacher who's attention to detail and knowledge of movement and the body are skillfully communicated. He runs multiple teacher trainings internationally each year and is eager to spend some time with us in beautiful Cape Town. In his own words, he doesn't let anything slip during his teacher trainings. Most of his trainees go on to actively teach yoga.
Bev
You can look forward to a dynamic Vinyasa class with Bev, featuring static holds to really feel the shapes, as well as Bev’s much loved arm balances and handstands. Bev always tries to bring in something new and different to class so that students can appreciate that you never stop learning in yoga.
Tam
In Tammy's classes, expect a strong asana practice focused on precision and mindfulness.
