What is Fusion Yoga?

Much like Bikram, Fusion Yoga focuses on one posture at a time to hone alignment and build strength.

There are, however, vinyasa-flow segments (one breath per posture) and poses which harken to Primary Series or Synergy. Fusion is a great option for all practitioners: it’s an all-rounder class which contains longer holds, core work, deep stretching yet the lightness of vinyasa sessions with music and a swifter pace.

We recommend that beginners join this session in order to learn elements of the other yoga styles in an easy sequence.


More regular yogis will enjoy Fusion as a consistent and intelligent fusion of styles. We work hard, sweat and go deep into the body, mind and spirit.
