What is Yinyasa?

Yinyasa Yoga blends elements of Vinyasa and Yin yoga into one cohesive class. This is an excellent choice for beginners, older practitioners, and anyone needing a slower, more meditative yoga experience. Expect a gentle, Vinyasa-inspired sequence with longer holds, slower movements and mindful stretching. Class ends with a guided relaxation to promote a sense of inner calm. All are welcome.
