I had my first experience of yoga when I moved to Cape Town in 2010. I walked out of my first class with a smile on my face and a spring in my step keen to come back for more.
My yoga practice quickly became an integral part of my life; regardless of how I am feeling my mat remains a reliable constant, a safe place where I can go to get out of my head, to move my body and my breath. This fuelled my desire to learn more about the wonderful world of yoga and I completed my first teacher training with Africa Yoga in 2012.
In my classes I aim to guide an uplifting and well-rounded practice that fulfills both beginners and advanced students alike. I feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to share the magic of yoga with others as I continue to grow on my yoga journey.
